AI income skills programs
Six sequential modules combine Cluster A AI tool mastery — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and workflow automation — with Cluster B income skills: client service, packaging, pricing, scope, and billable productivity. Complete them individually or as a full pathway.
Structured for applied outcomes
Each program includes facilitator-led sessions, tool labs, and take-home templates. You work on scenarios drawn from freelance, agency, and in-house contexts common in Singapore. ChatGPT and Claude handle research and drafting; Copilot integrates with documents your clients already use.
Register interest1. AI Profit Foundations — Tools & Workflows
Establish a reliable AI toolkit and workflow discipline before you attach services to it. You configure ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude for distinct roles — ideation, document drafting, and long-context analysis — then chain them into repeatable sequences with clear handoffs. We cover prompt structure, output verification, and file organisation so your AI-assisted work stays auditable for clients. By the end, you maintain a personal stack map and three documented workflows ready to adapt for billable tasks.
2. Client Service Workflow with AI
Translate tool skills into client-ready service pipelines. You map intake, research, draft, review, and delivery stages where ChatGPT accelerates without replacing your judgement. Copilot supports revision inside Word and Outlook; Claude handles sensitive or lengthy source material. We practice status updates, revision rounds, and quality checkpoints that protect scope. Participants leave with a service workflow diagram and email templates that set expectations about AI-assisted delivery.
3. Packaging AI-Assisted Services for Sale
Turn workflows into offers clients understand and buy. You define service tiers, deliverable lists, and plain-language descriptions of how ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude supports each package — without overpromising automation. We work on one-page service sheets, proposal snippets, and FAQ answers for skeptical buyers. The focus is ethical positioning: AI as a productivity layer under your professional oversight, not a black box that guarantees results.
4. Pricing & Scope for Billable AI Work
Price AI-assisted tasks with transparency and margin awareness. You learn time-and-materials versus fixed-fee models, how to estimate review time when using ChatGPT drafts, and where to cap revision rounds. Scope documents define what AI handles, what you verify manually, and what falls outside the agreement. Singapore market examples illustrate retainer structures and project fees. No income guarantees — instead, frameworks for quoting confidently and avoiding scope creep.
5. Productivity for More Billable Output
Increase billable throughput without sacrificing quality. Batch similar tasks, template prompts for recurring client types, and use Copilot to speed formatting and admin. Claude supports bulk summarisation; ChatGPT generates first-pass structures you refine. We measure time saved honestly and reinvest it into higher-value work or additional clients — not unlimited capacity claims. You build a weekly productivity plan tied to your active service offers.
6. Capstone — Personal AI Income Action Plan
Synthesise everything into a documented plan you present to facilitators and peers. Choose target clients or employers, select your tool stack, draft two packaged offers with pricing ranges, and set 90-day milestones for outreach, delivery, and review. Feedback covers realism, scope clarity, and compliance with our no-guarantee policy. Graduates leave with an actionable roadmap — not a promise of specific revenue, but a structured path to pursue billable AI work.
Cohort format
Evening sessions at our Clarke Quay training studio suit working professionals. Small groups allow individual feedback on ChatGPT prompts, Copilot setups, and pricing drafts. Program 6 includes a capstone presentation reviewed by the cohort.
Who should enrol
Freelancers, consultants, agency staff, and corporate specialists who already serve clients or internal stakeholders and want structured AI income skills. Prior exposure to ChatGPT or similar tools helps but is not required for Program 1.
